How it works
How GigsEscrow works
Connect a wallet and settle in USDC. Files, gigs, jobs, and tokens. Testnet or Mainnet. No cards.
What you can do
Gig
The hirer locks USDC in escrow. You deliver, then funds are released.
Job
The hirer publishes a brief. Workers send a price and delivery time. Hire locks USDC at that offer. One worker per job.
File
Pay USDC through FileFeeRouter, then download. 48-hour “not as described” window.
Token lot
Lock an ERC-20. Buyers pay USDC and receive the tokens in one on-chain swap.
The flow
01
Connect
Use MetaMask or another wallet. Pick Arc Testnet or Mainnet in the wallet network menu if you see Wrong network.
02
Lock or pay
Files pay the router. Gigs and jobs lock USDC in escrow. Token lots lock the ERC-20 first.
03
Deliver or download
Files download after payment. Gigs submit a deliverable URI. Token swaps settle in the same tx.
04
Release or refund
After deliver, either party has 72 hours to release or dispute. On GigEscrowArb there is no 2-day auto-settle and no 7-day arb refund. File sellers may send USDC back after a goodwill 48-hour window. Timeouts are in the Guide Book.
Fees
Protocol fee is 0% now. The owner can set it later, capped at 10% of the listed USDC price. Gas is separate.
Testnet USDC has no cash value. Mainnet uses real USDC.
